Coaching Sessions

SESSION 1: “Work-Life Balance” Redefined

“Work-life” balance is an outdated myth that deserves to be redefined on your terms by your current needs, aspirations and circumstances. In this session, you will define your core values, needs and time available to recalibrate what is possible for you.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES

SESSION 2: Self-Care as a Leadership Competency

In this session you will gain a deeper understanding of how to prioritize your needs as a mother and learn more deeply about the science of self-compassion and how it can support you in your continued motherhood journey.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES

SESSION 3: The Identity Shift - Reconciling Career Ambitions + Motherhood

Explore how your perspective on work has shifted since becoming a mother, what matters to you now and how you want to contribute as a leader at work and in the world.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES

SESSION 4: Identify + Quiet the Voice of the Inner Critic

Motherhood can often amplify the voice of the inner critic and we believe an essential part of leading yourself and others is learning how to navigate through the voice so it doesn’t block the impact you want to make.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES

SESSION 5: Navigating Stress and Overwhelm - The Mental Load

Many mothers are headed on a path to burnout because they feel like they have to ‘do it all’. This session will flip this narrative so that you have time to focus on what matters most to you.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES

SESSION 6: Establishing Boundaries

For many, setting boundaries can feel uncomfortable. This session will re-evaluate your relationship with boundaries so that you can integrate  boundaries as a way for you, your team and your family to thrive.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES

SESSION 7: Equitable Partnership Parenting

You may find yourself in a position of burnout in your career if you do not intentionally plan on how to share the parenting and domestic responsibilities, including the “invisible labour” of the household. This session will help support you to create your own equitable partnership model, which will further support you as you continue to build your career.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES

SESSION 8: Communicating with Power

Women are often told to “be more confident” yet are not given the feedback as to what determines a confident leader. In this session, we focus on your inner work and what might be blocking you to step more bravely into embracing your executive presence and using your unique voice.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES

SESSION 9: Defining your New Measure of Success

This capstone session will revisit all that you’ve learned and support you to determine what success looks and feels like going forward.
